At Phat Dog Magic, we strive to bring you the greatest selection of items and price them to beat the competition. We have over 1700 different products that we sell but if any of those don’t perform the way it claims or is poorly made, please let us know so we can discontinue carrying it. We can only guarantee our products per the manufacturer’s warranty. We have striven to give you a broad selection to choose from and would be glad to assist you in making the best decision for your needs.

We cannot guarantee satisfaction because each individual is unique, so in order to assure greater satisfaction, we are pleased to provide you with consultation and assistance in making your purchases to help you find the right items for your needs. Return Policy

Any item that is defective due to manufacturing will be refunded or exchanged once we have received your return. Please email or call us with any defective item concerns.

If there is damage in shipping, we can accept the return and replace it for you. Please be attentive when you receive your package and note any damage to the package before signing for it, then inspect the contents right away, noting any damages in order to assure quick processing of the exchange due to shipping damage.

Out of Stock Policy

If an item ordered is out of stock due to an error in our inventory tracking, we will honor a full refund plus provide 10% discount credit on your next order. Orders can be placed for out of stock items, but the 10% discount credit is not valid for orders made on known out of stock items.

Shipping Policy

• We provide FREE shipping ground to any location in the continental USA using USPS or FedEx.
• $6.95 for 2-day shipping in the continental US unless item is over 15 lbs. Call for shipping quote for items over 15 lbs.
• Canadian orders: Add $5.95 per order for shipping unless item is over 15 lbs. Call for shipping quote for items over 15 lbs.
• Other Worldwide ocations: Add $6.95 per order for shipping unless item is over 15 lbs. Call for shipping quote for items over 15 lbs. 2-day and overnight not available with worldwide locations.
